This website is a non-commercial school project created solely for educational purposes at TFS Haslach. The responsible operator is Kevin Kallinger. The processing of data is limited to what is technically necessary to operate the voting function. No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest — limited to preventing vote manipulation. No sensitive personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) is processed. As this is a school project with no commercial purpose, the processing is minimal and proportionate.
